Crucial Conversations

Crucial Conversations training is a course in best-practice skills for successfully handling high-stakes interactions. The training equips participants with a set of tools and an action plan for building alignment, agreement, and interpersonal communication.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Any current UCLA Health Registered Nurse.

CONTACT HOURS

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 12511 for 8.5 contact hours.

UCLA Health is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Participants will be awarded 7.33 ANCC contact hours.

PARKING

UCLA Staff are encouraged to park in their parking space and utilize shuttle services. The Train Station is located near the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Le Conte. Click here for a map of the location. You can also track shuttles in real time here.
